MUSIC NEWS: GAME IS GOING TO JAIL.
We won’t be seeing Jayceon Taylor for at least 60 days. On Monday, the rapper plead no contest to felony gun charges and the Los Angeles County judge sentenced him to 60 days in jail with three years probation and 150 hours of community service. All of this came from an incident where Game allegedly pulled a firearm out in a school zone, and threatened someone with it. In June, he plead not guilty to three felony counts: making a criminal threat, possession of a firearm in a school zone and exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer. Why the sudden turn?
Game recently spoke to Monsta magazine, and said:
“… I didn’t have a gun. And because one person said I had a gun and coaxed his homies into saying that I had a gun, I’m in a predicament where I’m asking, ‘Do I want to spend another million dollars to fight this trial, so who knows what jury’s gonna come in and say I’m guilty? Or do I want to save my money, go sit down for four months and accept this felony they’re trying to give me for no reason?’”

MUSIC NEWS: THE GAME IS RELEASING HIS LAST ALBUM SUMMER '08
The Game announced at Nas's New Years Eve party that he will be releasing his final album in June. It will be called LAX and word on the street is Dre is climbing aboard to lend his talents on a few tracks. That's so funny that this 28 year old dude is talking about that his third album will be his last. What the hell else is he going to do? Well this is surely why folks are screaming Hip Hop is dead. Hope the last cd will be the kind of quality album you wanna ride out on Game.

THE GAME: "I'M NOT EVEN A RAPPER ANYMORE"
Over Thanksgiving weekend, the folks at TMZ caught up with The Game while he was out on Melrose showing off his Black Wall Street Can Am Spider Roadster.
While TMZ prodded him for information regarding his upcoming third LP, the Compton emcee kept his lips sealed, and pointed to his vehicle: “I’m not even a rapper anymore, I’m like a Martian. You see my spaceship.” Then the original OG Martian Don Magic Juan came by in his green Rolls Royce and handed Game a pair of green (with alligator skin) Emerica sneakers, which Mr. Taylor autographed and are now up for charity auction on Ebay.
The Doctor’s Advocate may rock a little too much red to roll with a crew of little green guys from outer space, but Mars is the red planet, no?
