Jay-Z continues to make moves in the fashion industry, as the mogul announced that he has formed a new company Scion LLC, a joint venture between Jay-Z and Iconix, the company that bought Rocawear for $204 million in cash. Jay-Z acquired the Artful Dodger clothing brand for $15 million dollars in cash.

Artful Dodger is a high end apparel brand sold in boutiques and specialty stores in the United States and the United Kingdom.
The clothing brand is named for the 19th Century Artful Dodger , who led a group of young men in mischief throughout the UK.
