Ice-T recently said that Soulja Boy is the single handed reason that Hip Hop is Dead! Well, Soulja Boy decided to post his response via: YouTube. Some folks would argue that Hip Hop evolves and if it didn't then it would die. Others would say that it is in a state of depression or is dying. What do you think?
